Shipping and Returns

General Order Info:

Garments typically ship within 5-7 days of purchase. During sales and new launches, please allow up to two weeks for shipping after date of purchase. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.

What’s your return policy?
Please return anything you’re not delighted with. For online orders, we accept any items in unworn condition for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free. You have 30 calendar days to make your return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

What if I want to exchange my stuff?
We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when we've processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

Returns Process

For your return, please:

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a box.
  2. Email us to receive a prepaid label; attach to box.
  3. Please keep the packing slip/invoice with your returning items if possible.
  4. Get the box to USPS. Check out tools.usps.com for locations.

We’ll take it from there. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our studio and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when we've processed your refund so you know it’s on the way! 

* Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

International Returns
At the moment we aren’t able to issue return labels to our lovely customers outside of the US or cover the cost of return shipping, but we’ll help you process a return, and rush to get you a refund once your stuff gets back to NY. You can send your return back to us directly using your preferred courier service.
